Initially we ha do a small mix up with order pickup, not the fault of Tim. He came to drop them off which was very nice! There were even some extras in there. However when I got a good look I noticed more than one had visible scutariella infections. I’d never personally dealt with this so I reached out to Tim, who did offer suggestions, but wasn’t apologetic and made no offer to remediate that they’d arrived with parasites. Unfortunately despite isolating the visibly infected ones, the scut spread to the entire rest of my tank and I was painstakingly treating for weeks. Overall he seems like a good guy, but to be honest it wasn’t an awesome experience. Since then I’ve bought from Aprils aquarium and had zero pest issues
